It's great that you like your job! I hope you continue to like it and things go well. A teamwork oriented environment is so helpful. My job pretty much has an anti-teamwork environment and it makes things pretty tough.
Also, it's nice that you don't have to share a bathroom with the guys. It would freak me out to have to do that.
