you know. theres nothing worse than being minimized by someone of lesser intelligence or organizational skills. Not to say that I am the brightest of most organized. but then again, i only minimize people when they fuck me, or when they are trying to fuck me, or when their bullshit is causing me to get fucked in some sort of way

Truthfully though, I believe that the nature of degradation comes from the feelings of inadequacy that said person has. The person feels inferior in their own mind about a certain issue and then has to pull other people down in order to prop up their own fragile ego. I think this is the crux of issues as big as racism and as small as jocks in high school. But in either case, you shouldn't have to deal with that crap. People that act like fools need to be exposed as such. Maybe breaking down the fragile ego would help them to rebuild a better one. Or it will make them feel stupid and they will shut up, which is amusing by itself.

see thats what i was thinking too, but the most efficient way to break down someone's ego is unfortunately illegal, and here in the office there would be waaaay to many witnesses. damnit. maybe i can just put laxitives in the brownies or coffee or something and serve serve serve away.
