Hah! That's adorable. :-) Yeah, most people just try to ignore the fact that there are gay animals out there. But it's a pretty durn common occurrence in the animal world. I'd like to see how a homophobe would react to knowing that...hrm...

that's awesome! i just had a similar revelation with dolphins...they are bisexual, they masturbate, they don't have a mating season so they do it all the time, and they get each other off with their echolocation. i'm a little jealous, actually... ;)
