I've been cigarette free for about 11 minutes. I did quit, for about 4 months, but then started again. For me it was missing the action of it, so perhaps try to find a new habit, as I really believe that will help down the track, as in the weeks to come. :)
I've quit before, it's not very hard to do but that's because I don't smoke very much at all but my friend (aged 18) lost his mum last week to cancer and the idea of dying before I see my kids get married and have kids of their own is not something I want to be doing.

I miss the action of exhaling something out of my body but I think that stems from drug use :P

I was told if u can control yourself after 2 days you can quit
I wouldn't know I never smoked!
