Anyone know if there's a place remotely livable in this dump? This apartment's cramping my style already.

First off, you won't be shopping. No one owns anything here, not like you're probably use to. Best to just find something in decent shape and fix it up the rest of the way yourself.

there's a free room at solve if you don't mind a big place. buncha alchemists and stuff around so they can fix up all the leaks.

uptight and strict and bossy. at least the one who likes to think he's in charge is. negi and al aren't so bad as long as you don't walk in on them getting all mushy. and if you're mean to the singing kids, they avoid you.
