I don't recognize #4. Why is she in what looks like a hospital bed and who's the kid? She never talks about kids, ever, so why is she holding a baby?

Ryan Murphy, I don't even want to look at your face. It makes me want to kick things. Glee not following up on Puck/Quinn and how much having a baby should have affected her character makes me full of rage.

Yes, that scene. Guh, sknsdgsdg. Dianna is flawless.

Quinn is pregnant with Puck's baby all throughout season one and she finally gives birth to their daughter, Beth, in the season finale. She then gives the baby up for adoption. Unfortunately, the Glee writers don't feel that that's an important part of her character to follow up on, so it's almost never talked about in the second season.
