*crosses fingers* I'm taking advantage of the time home today to do something I've been wanting to try for a while now - making my own soy yogurt. Yeah, I used to do yogurt. Heat up milk, put it in a mason jar, put it in a box of plastic bags I had accumulated, for insulation. One thing to note is that unless you're doing something fancier with gelatin, it won't have the consistency of store yogurt; it's basically yogurty goop, drinkable. Thickish but not shapable. I was alarmed the first time, not knowing to expect that.

Yup, I added some agar powder, so that should get it to gel up some. I hope! We'll see.
