You know you're getting old when
Staying home, watching movies and having a toast at midnight really starts to look good.
We're heading out later to see friends but I doubt we'll be there much past midnight.
Maybe next year we'll have a few people in for dinner.

On the risotto thing...I haven't made it from scratch but I have had a good boxed version...it's yummy...yeah...our evening for the big ball drop was low key, too. sigh.
