Hi. My name is Lindsay and I'm a friend of janisfan as well as another adopt_a_mom mentor.

I have rapid cycling Bipolar I, and I was diagnosed over 11 years ago, so I know a fair bit about the disease. I have self harmed several times in the past, and I have been suicidal more times than I care to remember. I was also hospitalized 5 times for my illness in my teens. I've been mostly-stable and manging my disease pretty well for the past 6 years.

I'd love to help you any way that I can.
