That's the number of restaurants I'll be sending letters and resumes to next week. I'm scared of two things. First, that I'll get a few calls, find something that seems decent and end up miserable and the second, that I'll get no response at all and have to come up with a new strategy or stay in these two exhausting, dull, painful, thankless jobs.
