Random side note, but supporters, especially rich supporters, of any given party, actually have a limit to what they can donate, so it's not like Kerry's wife could give him all her money so that he can campaign; she's only allowed to give him a small (well, in comparision to what she has....) figure.

Yeah I know but it's not like it's for an election. I ment donations to just try and stop Bush from making comebacks. You're probably right...like 99% right compared to me, but it just bothers me that they call your house expecting you to donate. I just feel if you want to donate, you'll find a way to donate and they shouldn't solicit over the phone.

I think it's a rip off because our local police department calls our house to try to get us to donate. Sorry if this is remotely offensive, but we pay taxes, and if taxes don't cover all of their expenses, that's not really my problem....:P

All solicitors are annoying, whether you support their cause or not.

True! They do suck. I really honestly wonder how many sucessful sales they get a day. It really seems like everyone hates them and hangs up on them.
