The Nick Tine Benefit Concert will be at the Webster Theatre on August 18, 2006. Doors open up at 6:00 and the first band will be playing at 6:30.

Nick Tine died last night in a motorcycle accident.  He was driving on Avon Mountain when it happened.  I can't believe that he's gone.  I hadn't seen him in a while, i think the last time we hung out was on Block Island and he bought me a drink.  My thoughts and prays go out to his family, he will be greatly missed ( Read more... )

my mom took brandy to the vet today.  she's been sick all weekend (throwing up, not eating, and just laying around looking sad ), and last night she wouldn't even eat a piece of steak.  the vet said that she might have eaten something outside (plant or something), which made her sick.  They took blood and gave her some antibiotics... so hopefully ( Read more... )

She didn't hear the music as much as it seemed to move through her.  All it would take was a melody or a tune, and she would find herself trapped.  It was the only thing that moved her anymore, the only thing that brought her to tears.  Sometimes, she would even find herself trapped in a song.  She'd listen to it for hours, to feel it flow through ( Read more... )
