I took it in to the Apple store and the diagnosis was terminal. The hard drive is completely toast, and Martin fucked up our external hard drive so ALL of my files are gone forever. All of my writing, my music, my pictures...everything. Gone, gone, gone. The price to fix it is going to be half the price of a brand new, better model computer, so I
