She's already flipping out on me about the scheduling and wants specific dates.

For the surgery and 3 nights in the hospital, yup. And they didn't even cut her open -- the procedure was done laproscopicly. HEAPING of ridiculous...

That's just a glimpse into how controlling my boss is. She has no self-awareness and doesn't mean any harm, really, but seriously needs therapy and medictaion. We'd prefer tranquilizers because we don't see how anything else could get her to shut up for a minute.
