I've been going to the gym every day now for at least an hour. Before I was pretty much doing the same thing... 20 minutes biking or elliptical, some arm weights, and then 10-15 minutes of another cardio thing... but today i was able to do 20 minutes biking, 20 minutes treadmill, and 10 minutes rowing plus arm weights :) It feels good to know ( Read more... )
