It's different now. You no longer mingle with familiar beings, and along with that which you left behind, the warm atmosphere that had once wrapped you in a loving embrace has now dissipated. Oh, I can so relate to this. Exchanges are so hard at first. I promise you, it does get easier, and you'll get used to it, I promise. And then you can just enjoy how awesome it is living away from home. Just watch out for trams in the meantime, I hear they're pretty deadly in Melbourne. ;D ♥

Look on the bright side. It makes you feel a whole let better and less homesick.

*super snuggles* new places are always freaky at first. Things take time and soon you will settle in your new surroundings. It will never be home. But for the moment enjoy the thrill the world has to offer you. This will help lessen your homesickness
