Bless Bleach. Only that it seems to be chapter -108. 316 will show up in May or June, I guess, since Kubo-sensei's on a holiday right now. d(^___^ )

Yeah, I didn't understand the -108 part. What does it mean? And what do you by May/June?! Kubo-sensei's taking a holiday O______O Noooooo!! He is a genius but evil if he does that... he can't leave Bleach just when it started picking up again!!! T__T

Japanese raws are quite easy to get I imagine ^_^ I'd have thought they would come out before the scanlations.

Yes, you are reading that correctly, it is a negative chapter. As you already know, Kubo Tite is taking some well deserved vacation time. So for the two months he is away, we will be treated with some flashback chapters, hence the negative number.

So that's what it's about. The original story will be back when Kubo-sensei comes back from his holiday, I suppose. And if we get more of what -108 was like, I'm not opposing. (^w^)
