It had been a long fucking day. Far too long even by after Saint Paddy's-standards.
All he knew is that right now he and Connor had nowhere to go and they've come to realise that their whole lives were about to change right now. They've always have been devoted, it was time to test just how much.
He knocked at Addy's door, a bit drunk and ready to say goodbye to everything he was willing to leave behind in the name of the Lord.
She heard the knock, and it took a second. Addy threw a pair of sweatpants on before clambering to the door. It had to be one of them. Who else would show up at her door at a time like this. She checked the hole first and smiled lightly before unlocking and then opening the door.
"Speak of the devil. I was just thinking about you." She said by way of greeting.
"No, I'm not." Addy replied before pulling him into her apartment. She really didn't be him waking up the neighbors. "You're drunk."
She was smiling though. Despite the fact he was clearly drunk, she was glad he was okay. And alive. Especially after Connor told her in more detail of what happened.

"Yer not sleepin'!" Murphy threw his arms up as a greeting. Judging his voice and movements it all came out a bit in the slow-motion side.
