Kyllikki had told herself that she was only going out because she had hopes of windfall nuts or early mushrooms. The funny thing is if she does that she'll maybe start to notice a little flash of salt-white in the brush. He's perfectly silent, but in the slight moonlight and her candle his hair shows up like silver.

She turns at that flash of brightness, not sure for a moment if it is an animal or a man or something stranger than the two. "Hello?" she calls, low but carrying.

Well, there was really no point in lying low anyway, and she isn't a threat--it seems to Telemakos, looking at her, that she isn't a threat, so he slips out into proper view. "--Woyzaro," prostrating himself politely on the ground.
