My family is worried as Grandma grows older, today's her birthday 87 years old. Well, her Will has all three brothers getting equal amounts of money and property. My dad and his brother Herb have already in mind not to let him leach off any of us.

Their folks babied Robert from the moment he was born. In a way, favored him since he was a blue baby. Both parents babied him and it went on into adulthood too.

My dad is going to be working on his mom to get the Will updated so Robert gets what he deserves - nothing, as he got it all.

And we have no plans to drop it either. There will be a clause in the new Will that if Robert tries to sue to get what he thinks he is owed, the clause will void everything that he would have got and it is removed and split between the older brothers.
