Summary: After Dean gets hurt on a hunt, Sam develops a compulsive exercise problem.  And then gets sick.  Because why would I not do that.

Loooove! I'm just beginning to explore fic, and broken!sam DESTROYS me... in the best possible way. and his compulsion feels SO real. I have dipped my tow in that kind of addictive ppol and know the thought process well... Sam could easily fall victim to it.

I love the little perspective of Dean's thoughts, and the way it ends! You said so much in something relatively short. You rock!

Poor Sam! He runs because he feels he let Dean down, he's got to be the best, but at the same time he can stop because Dean asked it from him. So manny emotions. Great fic!

this is an ocd Sam I can buy.Those stretches that he can't really justify, the need to run because bad things happen if he doesn't, and the self-punishment aspect of this are all perfect descriptions of how the disorder works.
It's not the Sam I know, but this is a Sam I can see in the future. We all know of his perfectionist tendencies, and anxietey disorders always get out of control when you've been scared.
I bet John would be pleased with Sam for training this way.
