Going to the Dojo today to see if I can have a grading for my next belt... I'm piss nervous but I'm confident that I'll be successfull in both the Kumite and Kata.

It all depends if that damned cramp doesn't come under the session.

I'll write the results when I get home.

I hadn't trained enough the last 6 months, so I couldn't take the grade, I'm trying again in December.
