Also awesome - halloween as a Geisha. I went to a party but it wasn't a costume one, so my candy's a bit limited this year because of lack of trick-or-treating :/

As for Umineko, I'm still on the first episode, but things are really starting to get exciting! All that exposition at the start seemed to drag on a bit, but as soon as Maria says that Beatrice gave her the umbrella, I really got interested. So overall it's pretty sweet so far! I'm at the part after the servants and Maria tell Battler that Beatrice is real while Jessica and George are all "oh she's just a silly little kid who fantasizes too much ^____^", and there's all this "IS THERE A NINETEENTH PERSON OR NOT" stuff.

Yeah, Umineko starts kinda slowly, but it picks up FAST. Especially Ep.3 (my personal favourite, as well as fandom's) - that is INTENSE. I think it's a bit odd how other than making light of Maria's age, no one cares that she spends half the time cackling and drawing weird symbols and being extremely STRANGE in general lol, but I guess since Rosa doesn't question it, others don't feel they have the right too. But, the mystery aspect of it is so fun - it only gets better from here on!
