» You may use any image(s) you'd like (as long as it's a celebrity and they're out of character).
» Of course no animation =P
» Blending, text, brushes, etc. ARE allowed.
» You may change your entry before the deadline, just delete your old entry.
» You must submit both a layout and userinfo header. A matching icon is optional.
» Your header must be either PNG, GIF, or JPEG (preferrably PNG, looks better!).
» LAYOUT HEADER Dimensions:width must be at least 770px, height is up to you. (try not to go too big)
» INFO BANNER Dimensions: width must be between 350-500px, height must be betwee 200-350px.
» Banners must have the community name (famous-stills) on it, any other text is up to you.
» You may submit up to FIVE sets.
» Entries must be in by Saturday, December 20th @ 12PM EDT.
**Keep in mind that if your entries do NOT meet the requirements, I will ask you to re-enter with something that does. If you don't then it will not be voted on.
****When you submit your entry, please post the IMG SRC and URL links.
