he had a family who cared enough to want him to get better grades than whatever he had

and since he's a fire fighter he has some self respect and some respect for people since his job is to save them

i think we can all agree that people aren't in the right state of mind when they want to kill themselves. so obviously when someone handles their problems, it's their problems. and they aren't thinking about how anyone else is going to feel about it.

why kill yourself as a means to solving your problem?
especially when the problem is, apparently according to what has been released and i may be wayyy off with whatever is going on, as simple as a parental threat so a kid can get better grades??

yes high-school is a joke. But I dont think anyone can honestly tell me that at some time when you were still in high school, it didnt feel like it meant the whole world to you. Sometimes kids loose sight of the future. Obviously something isnt right with the kid for him to take his life. I feel bad for everyone involved, especially the other kids at the school.

If it was a reply to me, I don't know what you're saying...but yeah I agree about the losing sight of the future, all that...I'm just saying, the whole situation sucked, but we'll never know the full story.

when stan becomes a "goth kid" because his girlfriend dumped him, and they sit around talking about how much their lives suck and calling everyone conformist.....then kyle comes along and gives them the line about being in a 3rd world country. making it related because stan thought about "darkness" and suicide over the tiny fact his girlfriend left him, and from the article all we know is the kid got bad grades and his parents threaten him by taking away his eagle scout duties. both seem rather simple things to want to kill yourself over
