So when are they going to tell Klaus that he didn't give Gil brain damage? Or are they just going to let him wallow in guilt for a while?

Good question! I'm thinking they let him stew for a few days and then maybe include a note with the report on Lucrezia's lab or something--although they probably leave it vague enough that Klaus (and Tarvek, probably) would think Beckett had undone the damage and anyone else of the cadre who think Gil's wasped would assume Agatha had treated him with the same stuff they used on Klaus. They might not explain about the time loop until Klaus comes back when things are settled enough for everyone to sit down and talk calmly.
