So, after last night, the most intense pain I have ever felt in my life...I went to the clinic this morning.  They gave me a shot of muscle relaxer and some good drugs for the rest of the week.  I wish I knew what I had done, but I'm relieved that most of the pain has subsided ( Read more... )
