so last night i kind got fed up with it and quit my job at Elle Rae's. i was there for almost 7 hours an got $6 in tips cause it was so slow...i got 3 tables...one didn't even order food. the rest of the time i spent sitting there...doing absolutely nothing. then one of the other girls put up a big stink cause i was still punched in when there

I still think you should strike up a conversation with Land's End next semester. Don't wait until summer. Talk to them in Feb or March.
Even if you had to scale way, way back at county market and have THAT be your "day or two a week job" I'll bet the pay would be way better. And in summer you could work BOTH jobs for REAL money. (as student money goes)
Don't be worrying about summer just yet. Get through the semester. 18 credits IS alot... but when it's over, you'll have that "in your pocket". You'll have time to do something else, later. You just watch !
