So I've seen about the bottom half of a single Kuroshitsuji episode (and the preview for the "Ciel's in a corset" episode, um). Some friends-of-friends were cosplaying it at Sakuracon and I asked one of them if it was as gay as it seems and she got all bristly on me. So, in your professional opinion, is it very gay?

Huh, for some reason I thought you'd watched and posted about Kuroshitsuji; I wonder why I had that idea in my head? Very strange

I'm pretty sure I mentioned watching the tail end of an episode and thinking it was pretty gay, but the actual show I watched at the time was Pandora Hearts. I've heard about the controversy about Grell, and also that the manga is better, and I'm... vaguely considering reading it at some point. Thematically it seems like I might enjoy it. The fandom scares the crap out of me, naturally.
