Grandpa passed away today around 4:45. He has been in a coma since Monday. I went to see him on Tuesday.

Goodbye Grandpa. I miss you and love you. I'm glad you are no longer hurting.

Sure took you long enough to negotiate a better deal... Did you really have that much trouble requesting a farm instead of a palace?
