What’s made this the most surreal Christmas ever:

• No decorating. Didn’t feel like it.
• Bringing along Trey.
• Not exchaging gifts with my father's side of the family b/c no one wants him to feel uncomfortable b/c he's broke.
• My present from my father: “I’ll pay you back in a few weeks.”
• Visiting my aunt, who my mother hasn’t spoken to in almost
