I like the way you adapted some of the things that appear in the pilot, like the trail hand boss being cursed by a witch because he harmed her niece, or the subtle differences in introducing the boys. I'm very interested in what their adventures would be like after these events.

Thank you! I wanted to leave it wide open for sequels, and I already know of a couple of episodes that I'm thinking of "reworking". I've just got to build in the time!

Awesome start to this story, I love it. I like all the things valiha likes as well, especially the way you've melded a world of myths with the Old West. I'm off to read part two now :)
