So, I'm losing wieght fairly quickly which is nice. I'm working out everyday, drinking a TON of water (I've never seen my bathroom so often) and eating healthy.  The motivation of the Ironettes is really helping.  The glimmer of tiny skintight mettalic spandex in my future keeps my butt working.  I feel great, like I have way more energy like I'm

I've heard that after you have been drinking lots of water the need to go to the bathroom so often will subside.

Naturally the South is hit by a heat wave and I'm only allowing myself to take the stairs and fast walk around my university campus. lol.

The oil spill situation is tragic. I hope they can stop it before it damages any more coastline and wildlife. Those poor pelicans!

I feel ya! I work at a bahama breeze and every time I go to run food to the deck I feel like I just stepped into a sauna. Which Uni if you dont mind?

Being from Miami, I have very little faith in gov recovery acts...We tend to say "Fuck it, we'll rebuild/clean it up ourselves" I feel like apologizing to mother nature for all of humanity's ills...

I go to the University of Alabama at Birmingham. It's been consistently over 100 F here at its just June. Blah. I imagine its just as bad there if not worse?

The oil spill has really destroyed so much of the Gulf coastline already. I really hope they are able to stop it before it ruins whats left of the Florida panhandle. Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama are shot. *sigh* They have to hold these companies accountable for their actions.
