So I got a letter from Otto today!! Really weird it was he was constantly going on about lawnmooers and something he called parchmentwork and then he was complaining about how he’s not allowed to charm the lawnmooers to do anything because of Ministry regulations. Doesn’t really make any sense if you ask me!! Not that Otto ever really makes sense
