NaNoWriMo: nearing 12,000 words. I've also answer the "Not a damn thing" challenge over at the lostfichallenge community. It topped out at over 2240 words. It did turn out to be part of "Crossing Bridges" I'll eventually creat a memory list for that verse and post the drabbles on my LJ organizing them. I shared the language rant with myy French mom. She got a good laugh out of it! After 30 years in the States, she still gets some of these mixed up!

lol I remember this getting passed around by the European students when I was on exchange. ("This is why your language is so stupid Anita! Everyone should speak German!" Or something like that...) It gave us all a good chuckle :)

lol glad you dropped a line. It's true though (coming from someone who speaks 2 languages).
