Knees! I have dislocated both of my knees. They feel stronger than ever right now, but I am being pretty damn careful as my mileage builds up in the running.
leg extensions help, but be careful! I jogged for years and didn't do the rehabilitative exercises required for my weak knee condition and now I'm having to stop everything and concentrate on knees until they're back on track. Poor knees. They take so much stress, no? I love my knees. They work really hard.
