"Remember this day," the Master told Tish, exactly one year after he conquered the world. "It will be celebrated until the end of the universe." When she looked away, he gripped her chin in his hand and forced her to look in his eyes. "Promise you'll remember."
Disgusted, she did.
When it was all over and had never happened, Tish kept her promise. Every year, she walked outside, raised a glass of champagne to the stars and came up with a new way to curse the Master's memory. She always ended with the same words:
"No one even remembers you."
