Faith chortled with laughter at George's face. She could imagine just what was going through George's head at the moment; the scenario blossomed in Faith's as well and it was just wrong. There were limits to everything, and Chloe wrapped around Rodney just didn't work very well in Faith's head. However, unlike George's reaction, Faith found it amusing
( ... )
"Hey, I told you," Faith said, "I like having sex, and when I'm not having sex I like talking about sex--"
"--and when you're not talking about it, you're thinking about it," George said, rolling her eyes dramatically. She picked up the last chunk of fruit from the breakfast plate and popped it into her mouth.
After swallowing it, George said, "Well, unless you're planning to analyze everyone else's sexual proclivities, I think we've exhausted this topic. And I am so not," she added, cutting Faith off, "going to go there!"
Faith laughed, as George expected. "So, since we've used up your favorite topic, now what?" George asked.
"Good question. Gotta be trouble to start somewhere." Faith leaned forward and looked up and down the beach. The whole place was slowly coming alert and awake. The usual suspects gathered in their usual places, and Faith didn't miss the less than discrete looks thrown in her and George's direction.
Faith met every gaze with a smug, mysterious smile, and the occassional wink or kiss. She knew exactly what was on everyone's mind, but apparently no one had the balls enough to approach her and ask.
"So," Faith said conversationally when she caught about the fourth look, "Do you think anyone is gonna pony up and actually ask me if I killed Daniel via copious copulation or are they all just gonna stare at me all day until his sleeping hotness emerges into daylight?"
She sat up straighter and grinned at George. "Let's lay odds. Who do you think will have a big enough pair to ask first?"
"No contest," George said. "It'll be Sawyer or Ash or Dean."
Sawyer would make the question as annoying and creepy as possible, of course. Dean would smirk. Ash would smirk too, but not so annoyingly. He didn't seem to think he had to play up his most annoying traits just to make his brother's life miserable.
"You sure?" Faith asked.
"Well...maybe Bill. Or Jack. Or Locke or Daisy. Ami. Scott. Molly--" George broke off as Faith laughed. "Well, it'll definitely be one of the people on the island!"
