Lobby, back and forth to Apartment 8 - Friday

Murdock didn't have much to move in. Or so he kept telling himself. Yet it seemed to take forever to get his stuff from the lobby to the apartment. Mostly he had some books, his stereo with the tapes and records, clothes, random holiday decorations, tools...

Greta stepped off the elevator into the lobby to notice a pile of moving boxes with legs. She paused for a moment and frowned, trying to make sense of it and then noticed the rest of the body behind the boxes belonged to a man. "Hello darling!' she called out to him from where she stood. "You must be new here."

Murdock paused, peering over the top of the box he was carrying. Oooo, pretty lady!

"Hey yourself darlin'," he grinned back. "And yah, I'm new is me. How could ya tell?"

Greta smiled at the man and then pointed nonchalantly. "You're all...How do you say," she looked up trying to find the words, "Boxy," she said finally, looking back at him and let out a soft sound of amusement at her own word.

She walked over to the front desk and peered into the office. "Have you seen a girl? She has brown hair. Her name is Faith."

He chuckled. "Yah, there's a few more than I remember. Didn't seem like so much when I packed 'em all up."

Putting the box down, he wandered over to the office and looked in as well. "Nope. Can't say that I have. You're the first person I've run into so far." He turned to Greta, swept his hat off and gave her a little bow. "Murdock. Always a pleasure to meet a fine lady."
