Favorite character(s): Darcy... Lizzie is a very close second.

Jennifer Ehle or Keira Knightly? (or, neither?): They're both great in their own ways.
Colin Firth or Matthew Macfadyen? (or, neither?): Again, both good in their own ways.
Other fandoms: Musicals (Phantom and Wicked are my two biggies), Broadway, Veronica Mars, Adrien Brody, etc.
What's in your LJ?: RL things, media things. Honestly, it's not that interesting, but it's kind of humorous from time to time, so if you want a good laugh... And I also have falsefriend for graphicals.

How long have you been a Pride & Prejudice/Jane Austen fan?: Dear me, many years now. I believe I first read the book when I was about 9 or 10.
Favorite character(s): Mr. Darcy, of course. :)
Least favorite character(s): It's definitely between Lydia (girls like that make me think about going on a muderous rampage) and Lady Catherine (so rude, so uppity, so not as cool as she thinks she is).
Which are you a fan of--the book, the movie, the A&E mini-series, all/some of the above?: So far, the book and the movie, I'm trying to borrow the mini-series right now.
Jennifer Ehle or Keira Knightly? (or, neither?): I thought Keira was a lovely choice. I don't know about Jennifer yet.
Colin Firth or Matthew Macfadyen? (or, neither?): Matthew. I think even after I see the A&E series, it will be Matthew. It was such a subtle, layered performance. I also have a few ideas about Mr Darcy in my own mind, apart from MM & CF.

You should definitely read Mr. Darcy Takes a Wife - why? I mean, for simple obvious reasons that it's amazing.. but it'll make you hate Lydia even more! I think "murderous rampage" is an understatement, lol.

Which are you a fan of--the book, the movie, the A&E mini-series, all/some of the above?: Right now, I'm obsessed with the 05 movie, but I'm going to be re-reading the book very soon. They're all wonderful, really.
Jennifer Ehle or Keira Knightley? (or, neither?): Keira Knightley, although Jennifer Ehle was good as Lizzy, I thought Keira seemed truer to the character, or perhaps just closer in age
Colin Firth or Matthew Macfadyen? (or, neither?): I love Matthew MacFadyen's "shy" Darcy, and when he's all wet from the rain. ^_^

I love Matthew MacFadyen's "shy" Darcy, and when he's all wet from the rain. ^_^

That was definitely the scene in the movie where I started liking him a bit more... man, now that I think about it, it's a bit swoon worthy - and I'm not even really into shy boys. Oy vey.
