"Hey, guys," Dean greeted, smiling as his students settled themselves into the art room before he pointed with his thumb toward the coffee on his desk. "Coffee's free, help yourselves. I don't want anybody falling asleep in the middle of my lecture today, you hear ( Read more... )

There was free coffee. Butters didn't need free coffee, but Mr. Dean always offered it, and so it seemed rude to not have any, right? So Butters, already excited to be in art class, was practically vibrating with eagerness to get to work as Mr. Dean talked. Oh, boy! SCULPTURE!!

Coffee! Rapunzel knew about that! She knew that it helped you pay attention and stuff!

Also, it tasted pretty good. So she decided to have a cup.

There are sheets of paper and pencils for sketching, or you can try to tackle the chicken wire into some semblance of a skeletal structure to be.

Don't worry if you don't get past a sketch this class. You'll have more time in future classes to tweak your armature before you start putting together the final product.

Nathan was gonna go for the sketching, yeah. While the chicken wire looked like more fun and he could probably rig together something dirty, he didn't wanna poke is freaking eye out. He wasn't a fucking pirate and didn't want girls to scream at the sight of him.

See, the problem with Butters sketching out ideas even when he wasn't hopped up on caffeine was that the ideas were so great and so many that he could easily fill up his paper with ideas. The problem was going to be deciding what he really wanted to do, but, right now, it seemed a pretty tight race between a train, a space ship, a rainbow, the Sermon on the Mount, and Kim Kardashian.

He knew the chicken wire wasn't going to be a problem, once he got to that. He had plenty of experience with chicken wire...probably more than anyone really should have had...

"Wait, you have to plan sculpture?" Freddie said, sitting down to do so. "I'm pretty sure someone needs to tell Spencer this."

Hey, at least he wasn't asking for a sousaphone.

Claudia was there, trying to remind herself that her sculpture didn't need to be a robot. Or a semi-sentient vacuum cleaner.

Who has coffee and a sketchbook, and he's passing his time by sketching out a little something for himself to put together this semester, too.

Why not, right?
