Stiles was gonna sit here and eat cookie dough. And spit out the occasional bit of clay he ate by accident.

Lex was going to cook his cookie dough before he ate it, because he was civilised. Also it was easier to tell it and the clay apart after baking.

Pinkie kept trying to get to the point of baking the cookies -- then she'd get to decorate them and that was fun! But the cookie dough was just too delicious looking.

She either had no trouble telling the two apart, or cartoon ponies could eat clay, because she didn't seem to be having the least bit of trouble as she occasionally gobbled up her sculpted creations.
