So there was booze in the taps.

It wasn't exactly Dante's choice of booze - warn wine with spices and shit? Whatever - and he was beginning to get the impression the alcohol content wasn't as high as he liked it to be. Of course, that was easily solved with a swig from a bottle of rum every now and again ( Read more... )

Rufus eyed the bottle that Dante had on the floor by him with some amusement as Rufus swept over to the fridge. He showered at night, so he still smelled like himself, thank the gods, but--

"Oh, good," he said, finding a few bottles of water in the fridge.

They weren't his. He was taking them anyway.

"Dark Nation needed water," Rufus said easily, shutting the fridge door. He held up the bottled water wryly. "Not alcohol."

Really, that just sounded like a terrible thing to give his dog. Even before factoring in the fact that Dark Nation was learning to fling lightning at things now.

Alcohol and dogs generally didn't go well together. Not even in the small quantities the gluhwein held.
