Someone requested another crossover meme, but why stick with just crossovers? Here's your chance to request things from any fandom you like - especially if the fandom is small, obscure, or has no request type of meme available. Hopefully someone else will come along and fill it out, or someone else's request will spark something off in your head ( Read more... )

Particularly, the type where another fandom's cast is written in the Fighter/Sacrifice/catpeople world.

What do I mean? For example: http://their-white-day.livejournal.com/10917.html

Any fandom, any pairing. I just need more magical catpeople in other fandoms.

Anon, I would totally write this (short ficbits, anyway), but I need some fandom prompts because I have lost the ability to write unprompted. :( Give me a list of anime/manga series and I'll see if we have any in common?

Oh, man. I can't believe someone actually responded to this.

Most of the major shounen series, with the exceptions of Bleach and Naruto; I have a particular fondness for PoT, YGO(DM) and YYH. Anything CLAMP. Anything published in Comic Zero-Sum/Ward, Blade Comics/Avarus, Ichi/Raki. BL games, particularly the ones by Spray and Nitro+Chiral. Pretty much every anime series that's either shounen-ai or slashy shoujo. Or slashable shounen, for that matter.

For specifics, I'm on a huge KHR kick right now. I have long thought that this kind of crossover would be awesome with Yami no Matsuei (reams of angst could be written for poor earless Hisoka). And I would squee with glee to see a BL game made into this ( ... )

Sadly, the only named fandom we share is YnM, and I'm really rusty. Sorry. ._.

One doesn't need empathy to read Tsuzuki, Hisoka thinks. Despite whatever forced cheer a human face can convey, Tsuzuki's ears still telegraph his emotions: listless or pressed flat back or held unnaturally, desperately still. The clumsily-disguised vulnerability is infuriating, frustrating; and, if Hisoka were willing to admit it to himself, painful to see.

It's worst when they're fighting, of course. It doesn't matter that Hisoka's the Sacrifice to Tsuzuki's Fighter -- the way Tsuzuki reacts, he might as well be the one being wounded. They've come close to losing too many battles on the back of Tsuzuki's terrified concern, his unwavering focus on protecting Hisoka from attack.

I'm your Sacrifice, Hisoka wants to yell at him, I'm meant to take the pain, it's what I'm for--

But Tsuzuki has never been good at letting go of pain.

This is so frickin' awesome, because even though it's short it rings so so true. Poor Tsuzuki trying so hard, so desperately, and Hisoka can still see right through him. That last line is just a total punch in the gut, and I'm sitting here wibbling over it.

Thank you so so much. I think I love you. <33333 Now excuse me while I go back and reread this again.
