It was probably a good idea that Buffy had made an appointment. The six of them would take up a lot of space and require a lot of the staff's attention, River assumed. She had taken a seat and flipped through one of the magazines on hairstyling while waiting for the others.
One of the hairdressers approached her, smiling brightly, with an equally bright lipstick on. River blinked. The woman had very long nails, in a colour matching her lips. River dived behind the couch, hoping the others would arrive soon.
