It was Parents Weekend, and so Caritas was open. Elsa ... had a boyfriend. Okay, then.
Anna had wandered a bit, looking for interesting people to meet, and had somehow ended up here, in some kind of local tavern. She'd asked the barkeep (Tino? What a funny name) to list off some drinks for her, and had picked one that sounded fun. It was fizzy and sweet and made her feel a bit warmer. She ought to have a few more.

Okay, she was a little bit tipsy, but the bigger problem was that she couldn't decide if she wanted to be haughty about it or not. Because Elsa had run away, but on the other hand, if Elsa actually did want to talk to her, for real, then she wasn't going to ruin that by being haughty.
"Did she really or are you just saying that?" she asked, suspiciously.

And that meant he was getting an immense hug from his girlfriend's little sister.
"Baby steps!" she said. "I can do that! Tea! Baby steps and tea! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
And with that, Anna was off. Running towards the dorms as quickly as her legs would carry her.

Instead he ordered an iced tea from Tino and slumped a little at the bar.
"This fucking day," he said with a sigh.
