Sorry about your weight gain. Hopefully next week will be better.

I am maintaining. Although this has been a horrible week for me also. I haven't walked at all & feel absolutely bleah & then my PT said I shouldn't be doing any impact exercises because of my knee. Ergh. So anyway, yeah, no loss but no gain. Maybe next week.

*hugs* can you swim? It's the only non impact exersice I can think of. Hope your knee gets better soon.

yeah, I actually swim well & was on swim team. Which is the reason I no longer like to swim, lol. There are a few machines I can work on tho. Ugh, back to the gym. Hopefully when it gets better I can start running again.

I am fluish. Lovely.

This means that I can't eat without feeling like I am going to puke. This screws up my calorie counting like whoa because my body is going to quit working because it thinks I am starving it.

Yesterday I ate a little over 500 calories, (which I never do, I always eat more than 1200, which is the minimum that an adult female should take in) and today I have managed to eat about 650.

This is going to screw with my metabolism so bad.
