I have had SHD (sensory hell day) for the past 3 days, and I can tell I'm
going to have it again today. This is very worrying to me because normally I only have it once every couple of months if that. -

we are, like I said, moving to edmond. Unfortunatly we live month to month for various reasons so it's really stressful. Also, we weren't able to get a look at the house. Is there an app for discretly keeping track of how many times you have a symptom per month? For example migranes, pills not working right ect? I don't want to use the calender because some of these things I don't want people to be able to accidently seen. -
