okayyyyyyyyy???, I like your story but (I'm really, really sorry) there's a HUGE mistake in it.....when someone tries to commit suicide it is standard procedure to view that person as mentally unstable..in any hospital...thus not asking constent for any treatment. So Sam really has no choice in accepting or signing for a blood transfer....it will happen!! I'm really sorry to spoil this story because it is extremely well written (I can literally feel Sam's and Dean's pain) but this mistake ....well it gives a wrong picture of hospital policy. I'm really, really sorry because I understand that in order for this story to function this has to happen....but it just raises an extremely wrong image of an organisation. So I do hope that you can change this, because d*mn your too good to let this effect the rest of your story.
