Alicia didn't know what to get Miles for his birthday. She spent all year trying to rack her brain, but nothing was coming to mind. She tried to ask his friends, but they were as oblivious as she was. What was he missing? What did he need? What would he love? She couldn't think of anything. He wasn't a materialistic person and didn't really need many things in his life to make him happy. He was simple; as long as he had his career, his house and Alicia in his life he was happy.
She considered cooking him a romantic dinner, giving him a massage afterwards and once the evening started to wind down show her appreciation by fulfilling one of his fantasies. She knew he had plenty stored away for a rainy day and it would be interesting to see what he choose in the end. After much consideration this is what she decided to do and she hoped it would both surprise and satisfy him.
That evening when Miles walked through his apartment door, his jaw dropped. Alicia wore her best outfit and waited on him hand and foot. The dinner was delicious, but not as satisfying as what came after.
After they both enjoyed each other's bodies fully, Alicia found herself counting the freckles on his body. Some were scattered across his back, some were on his face but her favorite freckles were located on the bottom of his foot. She found them endearing and adorable, but she wouldn't say as much to him. She kept trying to remember how she first discovered them, but there were so many conflicting stories in her head that she didn't know which one was accurate.
